When we refer to circuits in SmartFitness Train, we’re referring to the group of exercises that make up part of your workout day, and typically you’ll have more than one circuit in your workout. Because a workout is made up of a group of 1 or more circuits, creating template circuits will make it so much quicker to create workouts and programs quickly!
Go to the Circuits tab from the main navigation. You’ll see a list of all of your circuits and sample circuits we’ve already created for you, and you can search for specific circuits using the search bar or filter here.
If you want to edit an existing circuit, click on it and then change it as much or as little as you need.
Note: We have a variety of variables that display for each exercise. If any of these don’t apply to the circuit, simply leave them at zero. If you don’t add an input value, it will not display to your client.
To create a circuit from scratch, click the blue “Create New” button. Start by adding a name for your circuit, and then click on the “Add First Exercise” at the bottom to start building your circuit.
Fill in the target number of sets, reps or intervals for each circuit.
Before saving, make sure to set the number of sets for this particular circuit by adjusting the number at the top right. Then add your circuit intro and outro as needed.
When you’re happy with everything, click save. The circuit will be saved in your library and can be applied to any workout for any client in the future.
