Whether you’re training your clients in-person, online, or a mix of both, having them all in SmartFitness TRAIN allows you to streamline your client management and makes programming easier than ever.
When you log into your account, you’ll start on the client dashboard screen. Click on the blue plus sign to add your first client.
- Fill in your client’s details like name, email address, birthday and any current stats or notes you may have. This is a great place to reference important information about each of your clients.
- Once complete, add your client. That’s it. It’s that simple!
- When you’re ready to invite your client, click the “Send Invite” button.
Your client will receive an email inviting them to join you on SmartFitness TRAIN and access the program that you’ve created for them. They’ll be able to download SmartFitness from the App Store or Google Play.
Note: It's really important that they access the app through the link in the invite email as this link is a unique URL that will connect them specifically to your trainer account.
You’ll know when your client has downloaded the app and signed up when you see their status change to registered in your client dashboard.
