We built SmartFitness TRAIN to be as efficient as possible, which means you can start building workouts for your client right in their calendar.
To start programming for a client, click on your client's profile. Here you'll find your client's workout calendar. Hover over a day on the calendar and click the plus sign. From the dropdown menu, select "Add A Workout.
You'll see at the top of this window that we give you the option to create a brand new workout to apply to this day, or you can apply a previously saved workout.
Once a workout is applied to the calendar, you can click on the day that it was added to and write a personalized note. Your client will see this on their app before they start a workout. This is a great way to provide that personal touch, especially if you are training clients remotely!
You can also easily duplicate a workout and apply it to other days by selecting the duplicate option from the dropdown menu and selecting a day to apply it.
If you want to modify any workout on a specific day, like adding more reps or weight, go into the workout, make your changes and save it for that specific day.
To quickly create a multi-week program, you can also duplicate and then modify an entire week of workouts by clicking the grey box that appears on the left-hand side of the calendar next to each week, and selecting the duplicate button.
That’s it! Within minutes you can build out a full program for a new client!
