Get started by going to the programs tab. This is where you can see and manage all of your programs. We’ve already created sample programs for you to make it quick and easy to get your training online. At any time, you can use one of these for your clients.
To apply a sample program to a client, simply open the program and “Assign To Client” button on the bottom right. Select your client and confirm that you want to override any current programming. Don’t worry about applying this to a client that has programming for their current week, we always add a program to the clients next week, so you don’t disrupt their current training week.
Now that your program has been assigned to a client, you can tailor it to their needs and goals.
To create a program from scratch, click the blue “Create New Program” button from the Programs tab.
This is going to follow the same logic as the previous workout steps. You can apply pre-built workouts and circuits from your library or build workouts and circuits from scratch.
Once you’ve created your workout for the day, simply click the “Add Workout” at the bottom right of your screen to apply it to the day.
Once a workout is added to the calendar, you can also easily duplicate a workout and apply it to other days by selecting the duplicate option from the dropdown menu and selecting a day to apply it. If you want to modify the workout on a specific day, such as adding more reps or weight, click into the workout, make your changes and save it.
To quickly create a multi-week program, you can also duplicate and modify an entire week of workouts by clicking the grey box that appears next to Monday and selecting the duplicate button on your bottom right.
